Matiu Workman (Ngāti Kahungunu ki Wairarapa) is an experienced MC and host. A two-time finalist in the New Zealand Sports Journalist Awards, Matiu has spent time working in journalism and communications throughout Aotearoa, Rarotonga and London.

He currently works for Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka, the University of Otago as a Kaitohu Matua Māori (Senior Strategic Adviser Māori) within the Division of External Engagement.
