Up to date information for volunteers

Here is your up to date volunteer schedule: Download via Dropbox transfer. This is useful for looking at it on a bigger screen, and searching for your name. There is a tab for each event day.

By way of a legend:
  • Green events are ticketed
  • Blue events are free (and not ticketed)
  • Red events are cancelled
  • Events with black borders require a lectern (old news, keeping it around in case there is a change). All events at DPAG now with lectern.
  • The "presented by" note indicates the special banner needed in the event room.
  • Each event lists the participants, and who the chair is
  • Purple border indicates that powerpoint content is used during the session

Any questions, especially if you find anything wrong, to Ina - quickly! Thank you.

Here is the latest version of the Volunteer Info Pack, with phone numbers and full job descriptions.
