Ticketing
You can purchase tickets by clicking the button on the event listing page which will take you through to our ticketing platform. Service fees apply. Tickets are non-refundable.
Door sales (cash, eftpos, or online bank transfer) will be available unless sold out prior. We cannot take advance bookings for our free events.
Tickets, unless otherwise specified, are $20 for adults and $15 for concession. Concession tickets are available for children, students with ID, and Community Services and Gold Card holders.
Tickets are being sold in two separate releases:
Gift vouchers are available by clicking the Vouchers tab at the top of the page.
Updates related to COVID-19 will be made via our website and social media, and by email to ticket holders.

- A Release tickets are for the COVID19 Level 2 capacity and will have guaranteed seats should we return to Level 2 during the Festival.
- B Release tickets will be available for sale when A Release tickets have sold out. If we return to COVID19 Alert Level 2, these tickets will be refunded.

Accessibility
The Dunedin Public Art Gallery and Toitū Otago Settlers Museum are fully accessible.
The Otago Pioneer Women’s Hall has two steps up into the building – staff may be able to assist with access.
The double decker buses have steps and are not accessible for pushchairs. We recommend wearing babies if possible.
Dog With Two Tails has level entry – staff can assist with the doors if necessary.
