We’re kicking off the week in style with our third Author Announcement!!

We are a UNESCO City of Literature, so of course we couldn’t put on a readers and writers festival without the help of our best friends at Ōtepoti - He Puna Auaha, the Dunedin City of Literature.

Well, aren’t we a lucky bunch?! We're so excited to bring you the second round of authors who will be gracing our festival stages in October.

It’s a joint effort of love and collaboration that brings events like the Readers & Writers Festival to your door ✨ We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to JW Smeaton Accountants Dunedin, who keep our (accounting) books smart and tidy.

We have a dazzling cast of characters coming to Ōtepoti for the Dunedin Writers & Readers Festival, and it is an absolute delight to announce the first fantastic authors on our 2023 programme.
