Amanda Thomas (Pākehā)
Amanda is a senior lecturer in environmental studies at Te Herenga Waka Victoria University. She grew up on Te Pātaka-o-Rākaihautū / Banks Peninsula and in Ōtautahi / Christchurch, in communities that were very Pākehā.
Her work now focuses on how we make decisions about the environment, and part of this has meant exploring colonialism and decolonisation. Amanda Thomas at DWRF 2021 Decolonisation - Activating Allies |
