Vivienne Anderson
I built a career as a social activist, lawyer and member of the New Zealand Parliament over 20 years before moving to develop my art practice and re-engage in legal education. I was a member of the New Zealand Parliament for 15 years and Co-leader of the Green Party for 9 years. I am undertaking a MFA at Te Kura Matatini – Dunedin School of Art. My art work is in performative textiles, photography and sculpture, Indigenous Futurism and rangatiratanga.
